winlogon.exe Unable to Locate Component

I have a compaq V5210US. I getting this error everytime I boot my computer. I tried Last Good Know Conf, Safe mode and same error. I would like restore it, but this laptop didn't come with any CDs. It's saids press F11 but I got an error doing that also.

I have a WINXP Pro CD. I was going to repair my laptop with it but I don't know the password. I press enter when it asks for password but its not the right the password.
