wininet.dll broken with IE11 upgrade

If you make use of API functions FtpOpenFile and InternetWriteFile for FTP transfers, they are broken with the wininet.dll coming with IE11.

The issue is reported and MS is aware of the bug and fixing it:

I don't know if vfpconnection.fll is based on these API functions, so this might also affect users of Craig Boyd's library, too.
As you can see from the communication in the connect entry MS is working on a fix already.
