Wingdings won't print

Morning,

I have a document in which I use the font Wingdings lower case r, which gives a shadowed box. However, when I print the document the boxes don't print!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Word 2000, Windows 98, and a HP laser printer.
