A few XP users in our office are experiencing some incorrect font substitutions when printing to a networked HP Laserjet 4000 TN. It happens with bullets printed from Internet Explorer (substitutes with clover-like symbol), and check marks in Word (substitutes with mouse-like wingding). It seems to only occur with XP users and only with this specific printer. They use Office 2000...
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
