Winfax Pro & broadband problems

Hi, I've got broadband and a fax machine and Winfax Pro all sitting on the same phone line. If I set WInfax Pro 10 to auto answer then often the fax comes in and Winfax ignores it and it goes through to the fax machine (which is set to answer on a higher number of rings). I've also noticed that when this happens it seems to cause problems with the broadband ADSL connection, and I sometimes have to restart the router. Any ideas anyone... PLEASE!

. Use Version 11 of WinFax, Version 10 is not certified for use under XP. The first version to be certified was 10.5

. Make sure there are microfilters on the FAX and FAX modem lines, and not on the router phone connection.
