I am using the Winfax Miniview from Symantec. This software is for veiwing/printing faxes from Symantec's Winfax Pro Software. Since Miniviewer is free software, they refuse to support the product, even though I've paid for Winfax Pro.
My problem is that when you choose to print a document from the Miniviewer software, it always prints to the default printer, regardless of what other printer you use (local or network). You choose the other printer, then once you click print, the active printer dialog box in the lower right of the windows toolbar, is for the default printer, not the selected printer.
I have installed this software on several computers...a mix of windows 98 machines & windows 95 machines. All with the exact same results.
Has anybody ever had any experiences with this...or does anyone have any ideas on what to do to fix this problem.
