I have windows ME and I need to instal a web server, I looked into Microsoft's PWS and it does not work, I also tried Apache and no luck.
Does windows ME have a web server that I can use? I need one so badly!

Apache should work fine, I had ME (for a couple of days!! untill I realised it was so sh*te) and had Apache on it working fine Regards

Hi mate,

It isn't hard to set them up seperatley.

Perl - Only .pl needs to be typed.
PHP - 3 lines of text
MySql - Nothing needs to be typed.

Doing it seperatly gives you more knowledge of how to set them up and is a lot more valuable knowledge wise that running a single installer.

What type of trouble?

Apache will run on ME just the same as any other Windows OS.

If you have trouble on ME then the same set-up would also cause trouble on any other Win OS.

It slows teh pc down to a pointwhen you click on anyghing it takes 2 min for it to start.(ofcourse this was an older release)
