windows2k3, visual studio 2k3 problem integration with CR9.2

Hi everyone

I have noticed a rather strange error when I tried to integrate cr9.2 with vs.net2003 on windows 2003 enterprise server.

I can not decribe the problem in detail the problem best left as an image so that everyone understand. I received the same error after various attempt at install/re-install..

please review guys. I'm assuming this is a new issue that not many people have stumbled on. As I am using rather new technologies here.
