Windows XPP SP2 Remote Support Tools

Hi,

Has anyone used tools such as NetMeeting (dont really like remote support tool or rdp for this purpose) that is in the XP OS for Remote Support or are you aware of any other tools embedded in XPP for this? I am supporting an additional area and the pc's do not have VNC; trying to find a backup plan for when pc's dont have this.

Try Dameware. You can install, start, stop and remove the service remotely, so you don't need hundreeds of licenses.
