We are replacing our old NT Server with a WIndows 2000 Server with a different domain name but same Users and Passwords. The problem is when I change the WIndows XP Workstations to access the new Server, I create a new User Account and lose my Outlook Express settings. I can copy the previous Desktop settings to the new account but it doesn't deal with Outlook Express. How can I switch servers bu retain the original User Account settings on my XP Workstations?
Note.. I'm not using Login Scripts either on the NT Server or the 2000 Server

you can't.. as it changes the SID..

however, you can log in as administrator and then right click "My Computer", select Properties, click the Advanced tab, and click User Profiles. You can copy the user's old profile to their new profile path (make sure to set the permissions correctly), and they should now have their OE settings again.
