I have windows xp home, you start it up the XP logo appears the monitor goes black and reboots again. I press F8 for different options and the same thing happens you can't get into any other mode. Even safe mode does the same thing. They all just reboot. I have tried BartPE to boot the system that works great. I ran a virus program from within bart of the C: drive and no viruses have infected the system. I really don't want to do a reload unless I have to. The machine is about 1 year old and was working great. Well that is what the user told me. Any suggestions as to why this is happening??
