Windows XP forgot admin password

I need help, please! I forgot my passowrd for the administrator's sign-on screen and now that password has expired. I cannot select a new password without typing in the old one. What can I do??? I've tried everything I can think of and I just end up back at the the sign-in screen. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

I would have sworn there was a FAQ for this, but I can't find it so have a look at this thread528-447000
