Windows Xp Error

Hi,

Now and then, my pc reboots and once everything is reloaded, an error appears. I do not know what causes the reboot, and would like to know how to troubleshoot and figure what is causing the problem. I have norton antivirus 2004, ad aware and I perform daily scans to avoid, trojans, virus or any anything else that could be harmful.

Xp has an event viewer.

Start > Control Panel > Admin Tools > Event Viewer.

These will list all of the error messages that XP generates and some info messages.

You can then either use those error messages to google for a solution, or post the contents here for assistance.
