Dear Greather I.T. intellect,
I've got a Dell Laptop up here, Inspiron 8200 line me thinks. Office XP and Windows XP installed w/ latest ms.com updates/patches/packs. Client came standard w/ 15gb hdd, 256mb ram, pc100 bus, 56k internal modem, etc.
The user is dialing into our LAN via his rj11 port (phone jack). Connectivity and downloading seem to be fine. When the user disconnects from DUN (via double clickin' DUN icon on taskbar and hittin' 'disconnect', the status window freezes up and will not indicate the the DUN connection is disconnected. Only when the user unplugs the phone jack, will DUN release his connection.
Any thoughts?
