Windows update for networks 1

Hi,

I would like to upgrade all the users on our network with the patches and service packs that Microsoft have on their windows update website.

What I want to do is download all these files to one server on our network and allow users to update.

Is this possible and does microsoft have a solution (apart from having all users downloading from the windows update web site)
