Windows Update Error 0x80072F78

We are running Windows 2000 server SP4. I have installed security updates for the last 3 months. Now I get an error message when I try to update.

The error message states
"Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested page. Error Number 0x80072F78"

I have installed BITS 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1 update.
I have installed IE 6.1.
I have added the Microsoft Download websites into my trusted list.
I have removed Windows Update and Microsoft update from the host file.

I need help. I need to update 6 servers and the they all get the same message.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I belive this is some kind of an authentication issue. I got this information, and may be useful to you:

There is an update rollup listed in this URL, which may resolve the issue.

I tried to run the update mentioned in the reply by kmkeshav,

When i did I got a message telling me I needed to install SP1 for Internet explorer first. I know I had already installed that, but I went back and tried to install it again

I reinstalled the service pack and now the updates run fine.
