Windows starting problems

Hy guys, sorry if i miss something in my problem description, but i'am not expert on this subject.

The problem is in the computer start, freezes in
network log.

I did try allready change properties to windows log
on, also i did disable the hardware profile of the
Ethernet adapter ... however the problem stills similar,
after windows logo and previous to desktop load the
machine freezes.

If i do crt+del only Mdm (software) it's loaded.

Can someone help me on this. Note usually the problem
only appears in real start, if i reset the machine the
computer goes further.

I would boot into safe mode<if possible> and remove all statup program references...reboot and see if it locks up upon startup. If it doesn't, re-enable the programs to startup one at a time. If you can re-enable all programs successfully, then next thing I would do is remove all additional periph. cards from the system...boot up and add them one at a time to see if that's the cause. Also...what are the specs of your system?? Did you add any new hardware recently or load any new programs?

If you can't boot into safe mode see if you can boot up and try a step-by-step boot to see if you can narrow it down...

Check the network properties. If you use TCP/IP protocol with dynamically allocated IPs, Windows will freeze at startup until DHCP server not found or timeout ends. Remove all unneeded TCP/IP bindings.

Press the escape key when you get to the windows logo to see what was being loaded at bootup. We had an upgrade to our antivirus software that put a line in the autoexec that locked the machine. Removed the line, end of problem.
