Windows service packs on CD's

I run win 2000 professional on two different machines. One is at home, hooked up to the internet, and the other is in my wood working shop, that is not hooked up to the internet.

My problem is trying to get service pack 4 onto the non-internet machine. I’ve tried the various suggestions that are in this forum and at some point during these tries my understanding of the instructions breaks down and it doesn’t work. Does anybody out there know where I can by these service packs already on cd?
