Windows Server 2003 R2 upgrade problem

Just installed/upgraded Win 2003 server R2 onto Win 2003 DC(Global Catalog server). Now my MS Exchange Server 2003 information store will not start. Rebooted multiple times, start/stop services. Help!!!!!
