Windows Ports used

Hello does anyone know if there is a way to track down the ports currantly being used by a windows XP Box by chance? I am working on mapping ports & apparantly I have a port already used by something however I thought this port was open. Thanks for any help or direction you can give me!

This is a great bit of software use it for troubleshooting firewall port problems etc.

Kewl netstat -a worked quickly for me. I have downloaded but not tried the microsoft port vue. Thanks
