I am administrator in my company and I want to set permissions for using the controll pannel. I don't want the users to use the controll pannel but where can I turn off settings like plus!,DispalyDevice, Television,...
I want to give the users a mandatary profile

The easiest way is to use poledit.exe to create policies for your groups. You'll find poledit on your NT CD.
