Is there any way to force a password on the phone like you can do with the blackberry phones? We want the "screensaver" on the mobile phones to activate after a couple minutes of idle time and lock the phone requiring a password to use.

Yep. You can force them using mobile policies. Just keep in mind that some devices only support 4 digit passwords - so make sure you don't try and require longer passwords, or you'll lock the users out of their devices.

Thank you! I did some searching with that phrase and found out what I needed to know. It's hell trying to search if you don't know the latest lingo. ;-)
