Windows Mobile 5 with Exchange 2003 SP2

Does anyone know of a good web site that has info on upcoming releases of smartphones like the Palm 700?

I'm not sure if I should buy now or wait for others to come out since our company wants to begin using Windows Mobile 5 with Exchange 2003 SP2.
