Hi all,

I went to the Walmart video downloads, and started going through the processes where they check my system to ensure I have the required items. One of the things it checked for was the Windows Media DRM. It attempted to update it, but it continually fails.

I tried looking for DRM updates on Microsoft's website, and installed a few things, but wasn't sure they were the right things, and it did not fix anything; updates still fail.

Has anyone else experienced and/or heard about this? Know how to resolve this issue?

(I am running Win XP Pro SP2 and have Windows Media Player 11)

What is the exact error message you are seeing?

Can you reset any relevant settings as mentioned here?

"Licenses for your media files are corrupted" or "License is either corrupted or not valid" error message when you try to play licensed media files
