I am running windows me and it hangs on the windows me window. I have run scandisk and there was no problem. Also tried fdisk/mbr. Didn't work. I am thinking it might need to be defraged but since I can't get in to run it. Is there a way to defrag a hard drive using dos. Or what else could the problem be?
