windows log on

i am having trouble with my windows logging on screen, i have to click ok to log on to my pc but this has only just happened i have never has to do this before please could someone assist me with this problem

Click on "Run" - and type control userpasswords2

Look at the "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" check box and try unchecking it.
