Windows keeps prompting to install root cert. update

I release a root certificate update (kb931125) this week via WSUS 2.0.

A few select machines running winxp Pro are having this issue. It says it installs, and immediately after that (w/out reboot) it pops up again and wants to install again.

How can I:

Verify that the update is installed correctly?
Tell windows to stop requesting this update?
