I have a problem with the Windows Help page.
When I select a topic from "What is your problem?" page and click on the "Next" tab, I get a blank page. It is supposed to show some information to help me resolve my problem. How do I resolve this problem?

Where do you see "What is your problem?" ? I booted up my Win 98 SE "Help", and don't see anything like like you describe.

Something in the OS probably didn't load correctly. If this is SE you can do an overlay install and possibly fix it. Commonly called "over the top". Just make sure you put it in the same place. And there is always the chance that things will go bump and you lose everything.

But first try running sfc to see if there is anything there that needs fixing.
