Windows - find which command line have started the process

For process info collection I need to establish per process which command line have started the given process.
Do not seem to find anything like it in Win32 modules.
Appreciate ideas.

I'm not sure that kind of information is logged, unless you logged the process start, as in log the startup options when the script is initialised

I know that C++ code can get this info from the process,probably using APIs.
Just need to achieve it with a Perl code.
