Windows - find binding order ?

How would I find binding order for TCP/IP, LanmanServer, and Netbios ?
Did not find anything matching in Win32::OLE.

I run a Perl script to find system parameters using win32:XX modules - I guess these are perfectly Perl modules ?

I did not manage to find a module that shows networking protocols binding order - which forum SHOULD I check on ?
