Windows Explorer screen appears @ Win XP startup

Since I installed some MS Access sample databases (at least, I think that was the connection) every time I start up Win XP, I get an annoying Windows Explorer screen of a drive "F:\Program" folder which itself contains a folder named 'logs' which is empty like its parent.

My stratup folder just starts up MS Office and WinZIP quick pick.

Does anyone know why this happens and how I can get rid of it @ startup?

try uninstalling and reinstalling, if you already haven't. maybe something went wrong with the first one.
