Somehow I have the menu from left side of windows explorer on my desktop permanently (the one that says System Tasks, File and Folder Tasks, Other Places etc).

I have no idea how this got there and would like to know how to remove it.

Thanks, Steve

Look in Start - All Programs - Start Up, to see if it got a listing some how. Next look in MsConfig - Start UP, and see if it's there.

Unwanted blue folder tasks bar on left - help!!!
