Windows don't show data track on AudioCDs

When I enter a AudioCD with the last track with data, windows only shows audio tracks and I can't see the videos and other information ond the CD only the music. I'm new with XP so I think there should be an option to make windows let me show not audio information too.
The drive is well fisicaly. I see that burning software (like nero) can see this last track as "Data Track" but when I explore the cd this track doesn't apear, neither the information (video, informacion ... files) containing inside.

Is it a burned cd?

btw- fisicaly is spelled physically

No, they are all comercial CDs (Music CDs with extras, magazines gift CDs ...)
