Windows DDE server problem

Hi,

when I shut down my windows XP with SP2 I get an error that the DDE server is not responding.

I have it espacialy when I used my external USB HD to backup some data (HD from Freecom).

I searched google and found that SP2 should solve the DDE error but I have SP2. It is actualy a new PC with SP2 installed before anything else was installed.
