Windows Critical Updates

Does anyone know of a way when a new machine is joined to a domain and the user logs in to have it automatically go to the Windows Update site and install the critcal updates? This would only occure once when the new employee logged onto the network for the first time.

Any help or advice is appreciated.

The first level of approach should be to slipstream the Hotfix and Service Pack information prior to the installation.

Start by adding Service Pack 1, then add the Microsoft "rollup" packages:

Then create a SUS server:
