Windows 98 Machines on Windows 2000 Server 1

I have several Windows 98 machines that are setup on the network. There passwords expire in 90 days. When they are asked to change their passwords, the following error comes up on their screens: "Unable to change the password for microsoft networking because of the following error: Access has been denied". Can someone help me with this problem? Thank you.

Install the AD client on the 98 computers
