Windows 98 login 1

I have Windows XP Pro.

When i boot up my computer, instead of getting the regular XP login with the accounts and the account pictures, i get the old windows 98 login window, where you press ok or cancel.

I dont know how it that way, i want it back to the regualar style. also when i press Ctrl+Alt+Del, instead of the Task Manager window popping up, it gives me the Windows Security window, which gives me many options and Task Manager, that started to do that at the same time the login happened, and i want to have it just Task Manager pop up.

Anyone know how to change it back and what causes it? Oh and also window restore wont work for that.

look in control panel>user accounts, choose "change logon type">and set the hook to "use welcome screen"
