Windows 98 Client upgrade

When I upgrade a Windows 98 client to 2000 Pro(Upgrade Option), is there a way I can make it so that after the upgrade is finished, all the user has to do is log in to the domain and it will automatically pull down their Desktop settings, Favorites, etc? I currently am Upgrading, and then logging in as administrator on the local machine and copying everything over from Documents & Settings.
