Ok, I have quite a few Windows 95 machines that are being administered with EPO. I can ping the server from them, I can send 'Agent Wake-up Calls', I can send 'DAT' updates, all no problem. The problem is in EPO under the 'Properties' tab of these machines, alot of them are NOT showing the 'Virusscan v4.51 for Windows' category. I know that it IS installed on these machines....????? Any suggestions?? Thank you.

I am worried that EPO may not be giving me accurate information on alot of my machines (2500 of them). Am I missing a setting or something?? Thanks again.

Wich version of ePo do you use ?
We had the same problem with the 2.5.1
But its resolved with the 3.0.0 and 3.0.1

Its a know bug in 2.5.1 say our NAI consultant...

I have had the same problems with ePO 2.5.1
I assume that you sent an agent wake-up call and forcing the agent to collect all properties?
Try deleting fullprops.ini, props.ini & props.bak on 1 PC. If this works run a batch file from a login script to delete these files for all other PCs.
Try running "c:\program files\epoagent\cmdagent /c /e /p" for all PCs from a login script. This forces the agent to refresh all policies, properties and tasks.

Or try NAI's helpful advice.. "Go to each PC and manually remove and reinstall the agent"

Well, I have upgraded to 3.0.1. My 95 boxes are reporting but still no Virusscan info under the 'Properties' tab of the machines in EPO...............????? This is driving me nuts.
