Windows 95 Logging into Windows 2000 Server Active Directory

When I try to login to my Windows 2000 Server using Active Directory with a windows 95 client, I get an error saying

Microsoft Networking with the big red X:
Incorrect Parameter

Any body have any ideas as to why this would all of a sudden be doing this. I have checked the settings for the account in the server and they do not seem to be incorrect. I tried deleting the PWL files to see if they could be the problem. Didn't work. I can't seem to find anything in Technet.
If anyone has any ideas, it would be appreciated!!!
