I haven't posed this in a while. Has there been an option made available or a change that can be made within Windows 7 that will allow a user to answer a phone call with one-x agent or one-x communicator while their PC is locked. We're moving to an all softphone environment and its a little inconvenient for an agent to have to log into their PC to see who's calling to answer their phone.

You could make it where the PC doesn't lock automatically.... that can be pushed out through group policy.

On Equinox I can answer a call pressing the button on my bluetooth. On One-X Comm I can too if I install the Plantronics suite.

Only my mobile will speak the calling party name to me, Avaya on Windows won't and I don't think there's anything in Win7 that'll pop the toast notification over the lockscreen if it's not Lync doing it.
