Windows 2k Roaming Profiles

We are running 3 offices across a leased line WAN. We have 1 domain with a primary at head office and backups at the other 2 sites.

I cannot get the roaming profiles to work across the WAN. On the LAN segment they are fine.

Does anyone know any reason why I cannot get it to work?
