Windows 2003 Terminal Server in AD with Users still in NT4 Domain

We have an NT4 Domain and a W2K3 AD Domain with a 2 way trust between.

I have 2 NT4 Terminal Servers running Citrix 1.8 Metaframe currently in the NT4 Domain, and have now got a W2K3 Terminal Server in the AD Domain.

I want to be able to get users to log on to the Windows 2003 Terminal Server, but logging on using NT4 usernames etc.

What do I have to do profile wise and is there anything I should be looking out for or careful of?
