Hello all,

We recently upgraded a Windows NT 4.0 server to Windows 2003 Enterprise server. After the upgrade we are running in to this new problem (NEW)

When I try to shutdown the server, It restarts instead of power down.

Any pointers on what needs to be done to fix this?

Look at Wake on Lan settings. Or power supply settings.

Here is the update;

Today I turned off the 'automatic restart' in is the system recovery. Then I tried shutdowm and I got the following error;

DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

So it gives little more info on the problem.
