hi,
do you know if Active Directory (2000 or 2003) is a requirement for Window 2003 MSCS
or Cluster servers may stay in a NT4.0 Domain

I would assume that you can make a Windows 2003 cluster on an NT 4.0 domain. There isn't anything funky that it needs to have AD for.
