Windows Installer Service could not be accessed! I get this error whenever i want to install something in Server. I think I have been hacked. DHCP is not running, RPC, IIS, Cerificate Services .... It is my DC. I could start by installing Service Park 1 to overwrite some corrupt files but I cannot do that with installer service refusing to cooperate! How do I get out of this? Please help!

I managed to unistall SP1 and re-install, and in the process overwrite corrupt files.
