Can anyone help me?

I am trying to setup an application previously developed by a coworker. One of my setup instruction requires me to go to Start\Settings\Control Panel\ODBC Data Sources. My computer is new - Windows 2000 OS. I go to Control panel and I don't see "ODBC Data Sources" anywhere. Do I need to buy a software that has this? If so, what should I be buying? I've checked some other computers in my office and they all have "ODBC Data Sources" in the control panel window. The only difference is, all the computers that I've checked is Windows 98/NT. Anyone with any ideas?

Your help is much appreciated.
