windows 2000 w/ Novell client forgot passwords

Windows 2000 w/Novell client. Forgot both passwords. Cannot get into Windows to change. Can get to F1 config at startup and F8 after startup loading windows but can't figure out where to go. Is there a way to bypass the logins somehow? Or do I need to reload windows?,And when reloading will it autorun at startup?

Well you can tick the box log on to local workstation and then put in your local admin password for the pc.

This will only log you on locally and you will not be able to change the password on either novell or the domain without giving a username and password of a user allowed to change another users password.

You should phone your IT department and ask them to change both passwords for you and then once you are logged on with the new password change it to something else.
