Windows 2000 Vulnerability Resulting From Visual Studio .NET 1

Today I found a vulnerability resulting from a Visual Studio .NET installation. Visual Studio .NET installs an account known as "SQL Debugging Group" in the Users group. It can be logged into with no password.

The solution is to change the password for this account, and configure the security policy to include only authenticated accounts.
