I have 2 servers, one set up as a file server, one as terminal server. Connection is through isdn lines via routers.
I have 2 remote branches. One dials up ok and works ok all the time.
The other dials up and after a few minutes of inactivity drops the line (Fine). But when they come back to the computer a few minutes later and they move the mouse or press a key, it wont reconnect as it should. The other branch does recconnect fine. We know its not a router problem as we have had 2 new routers over the last 2 weeks to try and rectify this problem. Any ideas would be gratefully accepted
